Look for swaps that form both a row and a column. The shared center counts once, but the wider opening may start a cascade.
Check the lower rows before choosing an isolated match at the top. Falling jewels can connect shapes above, although no cascade is guaranteed.
Watch both score and moves remaining. Use Undo to compare a choice, and try a suggested move only after checking the surrounding shapes.
