How to play Jewel Match

How to play Jewel Match. Swap two neighboring jewels on the 8×8 board. A horizontal or vertical line of at least three matching shapes clears. An invalid swap returns without using a move.

Rules

  1. Swap two neighboring jewels on the 8×8 board. A horizontal or vertical line of at least three matching shapes clears. An invalid swap returns without using a move.
  2. Each cleared jewel earns 10 points. Cascades multiply that by their wave number, up to five times. Crossing matches count each jewel once. Reach 3,000 points within 30 moves to win.
  3. Jewels fall and refill after a match. If no swap is possible, the board rearranges for free, keeping your score and moves. A hint shows a legal move, not a guaranteed win.
  4. Tap two jewels, swipe between neighbors, or use arrow keys and Enter. Undo restores the whole move, including refills. Restart repeats the initial board; the daily board is shared across languages.

A position to try

In the crossing-match example, three jewels across and three down share one center. Five jewels clear, earning 50 points in the first wave—not 60. A second wave of three adds 60.

Tap, click or use the keyboard.

Tap or click to select. Drag to move. Tab, Enter and Escape also work.

Hints explain one step. Undo is always available while history is kept.

Daily deals use the UTC date and mode, identically in every language.

Strategy

Look for swaps that form both a row and a column. The shared center counts once, but the wider opening may start a cascade.
