Consider both safe squares and progress. A token close to home can still be delayed by an exact finishing roll, so keep other tokens available.
A blockade can protect a route, but moving one token may open that route for opponents. Inspect all four colors before choosing.
The suggested move uses public token positions and the visible die. It cannot predict future rolls or guarantee that your token remains safe.
